Special Orders and Holiday Orders

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 36 hours, and delivery is available within a 100-mile radius of Milwaukee, WI. We use next-day delivery services to ensure product freshness. For holiday orders, items will be delivered the day before the holiday.

Delivery Restrictions: Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders shipped outside the local delivery range may incur additional shipping charges. We cannot guarantee the same freshness for deliveries made outside the local area.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a replacement for the affected items. To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include photos and a description of the issue for quality control purposes.
